Why SOLVE?

Solve is a unique culture building initiative which focuses on employee engagement, customer engagement and ROI. We operate with a belief that if our employees are engaged and committed, then we can definitely meet the needs of the customers.  If both these are happening, only then we can see ROI, profitability and growth.

What is SOLVE?

Within this initiative we, use a five step process called SOLVE©, wherein each of the letters represent distinct steps.

  • S for Seek. We gather information about the organizational metrics, which include customer engagement scores, employee engagement scores and all relevant data which is available.

  • O represents Outcome and Observe. So we observe what is happening in the organization and we define goals along with the senior most leaders. We then attempt to understand the story behind the numbers and the ‘Outcome’ areas.

  • L represents Listen. We meet senior leaders, we meet the front line, we also meet the leadership team together. After listening and understanding what is actually happening, we co-create solutions next.

  • V represents 'Value-add’. The effort is to create insights in their mind and draw out the answers from the actual stakeholders and front liners. We attempt to meet newer solutions and define clear action plans. We meet the team multiple time across a year in this stage of Value add and monitor progress as well.

  • E represents evaluate. Here we track, continuously measure and monitor and monitor the change happening.

How does SOLVE work?

We use a lot of 1 X1 coaching, facilitating, Focus Group Discussion, action team meetings, learning sessions and group coaching. This is a very optimized and unique initiative which is built to actually bring about real culture change in organizations.
