SOLVE is a unique initiative from Stimulus Consulting, built to bring about long-term change in organizations. Organizations today are used to finite programs which are one to three day interventions, which are designed as a learning program. Our realization is that any training or learning program has very little long lasting real impact. It is often a short term intervention. Our research and projects led us to SOLVE, an approach and methodology which is a long-term infinite program. We realize that for continuous improvement, there is no end line. If we were to categorize programs as ‘finite’ and ‘infinite’, SOLVE is an ‘infinite’ intervention.

Realizing this, we have started a business division called SOLVE. Here we use an approach which we copyrighted in 2008. We decided to design an infinite initiative focussed on this concept. This initiative focusses on organizational culture building. In the past five years we have seen real cultural change using this new approach.

What does our customers have to say about this initiative....

Here are a few inputs captured from an anonymous end survey, administered to multiple entities of the organization.

"The most impactful changes as a result of the movement were related to the Employee Engagement, especially the interdepartmental cooperation having a significant improvement, which in turn had positive impacts on the business results and customer experience. For example:
• The improved sales and service coordination has led to the referral from service to sales.
• Body shop and Mechanical workshop working together led to time savings for customer."

"The movement has helped me to understand Organizational objectives and how to achieve this through inter-department teamwork/ support professionally. Personally it has helped to over come my short falls and improvement in behavioral change.”

“Gave us a realization on how we interact with each other and how it impacts customer experience in the store.”

“Sunil's coaching style is extremely powerful. He is a great motivator and the entire senior team has taken the movement
very seriously. It has definitely helped us. Getting the President Gold Medal was a feather in the cap.”
